For this particular assignment, each student had to design two pages with content of their own chosen taboo topics and other book elements. The book elements would compile all of the taboos pages content of every student paired with a student from the copywriting course to be formed into a complete book. Here, the book cover design was inspired from all the content found within the book.

Two foreword pages were done in a similar yet slighting contrasting manner as shown with a top and bottom comparison of the two on the left.

As the contents were all about cultural taboos and traditions, the content page seemed fitting to have a 'red thread of destiny' featured to link up all the story titles well.

The first taboo in the first picture was about how Chinese film producers needed to prepare 3 incense sticks, a roast suckling pig and additional offerings during a movie shooting ceremony to pray for its success. Hence, the design was portrayed in a subtle way to hint at this taboo.

The second taboo in the second picture described how in Chinese culture, pigs cannot be slaughtered on certain days following the lunar calendar. Therefore, subtle elements from the taboo are hinted in this design of the page.

The last book content involved a credit page of everyone who contributed to the book. Both designers and copyrighters are specified along with their page numbers in the page design, along with the supervising lecturers. The colours of the credit page was inspired from the Sunway University logo as the book published would go under the Sunway name.
